1.  Complete the Application Form
  1. Click here to open the application form in a new window.  You will still be able to toggle back to this window.
     
  2. New Dealer Information: Choose your Entity Type, and enter your First Name, Last Name and SSN/EIN.  If you wish you can also add your Company name (if you have one) and your date of birth.   NOTE:  An SSN/EIN is only necessary for people who reside, or employ people, within the USA.  If you do not have an SSN or EIN (and do not legally require one), please enter your phone number or licence number in this field.
     
  3. Billing/Shipping Information: Enter your billing address (that is, where you want the records of your purchase sent) in the LEFT hand side, and your shipping address (that is, where you want your products sent) in the RIGHT hand side.  This is usually the same address, unless you are purchasing products for someone else.  Click the box if the addresses are the same.
     
  4. Contact Information: Enter your home/business phone number and your email address.  You can also add an additional work number,  fax number and mobile number if you wish.
     
  5. DrinkACT Back Office URL:  The word you enter here will form part of the address of your free DrinkACT affiliate website.  This will allow your customers to order directly online from your DrinkACT website, if you desire, and you will receive commissions.  For example, if you chose the word xfactor, your DrinkACT website address would be www.drinkact.com/xfactor.  If you choose something already in use by someone else, the system will ask you to choose something else before completing your application.  You can use letters and numbers.  Keep trying until you find something unique.
     
  6. Back Office Password:  This is your personal password to enter the DrinkACT back office where you can control your orders online.  This back office is provided free to Dealers.
     
  7. Enrollment Options:  This is preselected and you do not need to enter anything.
     
  8. Terms and Conditions:  Please read the terms and conditions of becoming a member, and then click in the box to tick it if you agree.

   Click Continue > > on the application form.

2.  Choose Your Business Pack Type

          You will be given a choice of what type of business pack you wish to order. 

3.  Order Your Products

4.  Complete Autoship Information

          This will ensure that a regular order is sent to you each month without fail. 
          You can adjust this at any time in the future from your back office.

5.  Check Information and Enter Payment Source

          Complete your registration by checking your information and inputting your payment source.
          The next and final screen will provide you with a summary of information. 
          You will be emailed your ID Number, User Name and Password shortly.

CONGRATULATIONS!  Your registration is complete.
